Kaunas Labor Market Training and Counseling Service (KLMTCS) represents a state-owned institution established in 1993 in Kaunas, engaged in labor market regulation and coordination in the region of Kaunas. One of its main purposes is to support organizations through consulting, personnel training and team and leadership development services.
