Kaunas Labor Market Training and Counseling Service
(KLMTCS) represents a state-owned institution established in 1993 in
Kaunas, engaged in labor market regulation and coordination in the region of
Kaunas. One of its main purposes is to support organizations through
consulting, personnel training and team and leadership development services.

There are 10 experts in various fields and consultants of organizational
psychology, management, energetic, informatic and training working in
KLMTCS. They have theoretical as well as practical analytical and
consultative work experience.

experience in international co-operation

vocational training according to labor market demands; Assisting
individuals on labor market in vocational, psychological, management
