These trainings are designed for unemployed people from Belgrade, aged 50 or more.

Series of trainings and workshops provide training in CV writing, different ways of improving existing skills, information of necessity of lifelong learning, solving of practical problems and sharing of experiences. This part of the bigger project took place in library “Vuk Karadzic“. Whole project was supported by European Union.

Impact

Direct impact:

The participants are motivated to actively and effectively search for a job, they are trained how to gain the advantage of their years, knowledge and expiriance, and how to utilize their capacity on the best possible way.

The most direct impact of the program is implementation of these people in LLP programs as they are the part of the population that need it the most in the situation in which they are.
